Sustainability Coordinator Services
This service is meant for those local governments who don’t have the budget for a full time sustainability coordinator, or whose existing staff need support in planning and implementing sustainability at the corporate or community level. GreenStep’s team will work within your budgets and timelines to help meet the sustainability goals of your community.
Policy Ecosystem
We have developed a groundbreaking, comprehensive evaluation tool that identifies gaps in regulatory planning while cross referencing recommendations and strategies from leading sustainability  frameworks and best practices. Our tool will identify place-based recommendations for your community in concert with using recommendations from leading public and private sector frameworks such as The Natural Step, Green Bylaws Toolkit, Smart Growth BC and ICLEI.
Sustainability Inventory
This inventory creates a policy baseline that administrators and planners can use to analyze their operations and help understand where policy gaps may be for sustainability planning. This tool provides a snapshot and a benchmark to assess progress in the development of policies within new regulatory documents or amendments to existing regulatory documents. Our Sustainability Inventory will allow communities to maximize monitoring efficiency which will allow for greater flexibility in implementation and planning.
